The messages

Four texts, written for you.

On every plan, all four are yours to send: the app writes the words, your own messages app opens with them ready, and you press send. On Pro and Premium the arrival text carries the time you'll actually get there. Every one is about a visit you've booked. Nothing else is ever texted.

What they say
The heads-upThe evening before. Yours to send
Hi Sarah, just confirming your house cleaning on Tuesday. See you then!
On the wayWhen you leave. Your messages app opens with it ready, and you press send
Hi Sarah, I'm on my way. See you soon!
The arrival timeYours to send. On Pro and Premium, with the real time
Hi Sarah, I'm on my way — I should arrive around 2:40 PM. See you soon!

Only you know you’re driving, so this one is never scheduled. Going free, your messages app opens with the scheduled time. On Pro and Premium, it opens with the time you’ll actually get there, worked out from where you are, and you press send.

The payment nudgeYours to send, when you mark a visit done
Hi Sarah, your house cleaning on Tuesday, Sep 29 comes to $120. Here's the invoice: book.gokarthippo.com/doc/…
Hi Sarah, your house cleaning on Tuesday, Sep 29 comes to $120.

No invoice? The message ends at the amount. Nothing dangling. The link is always the invoice, never a payment app.

In the app, the moving parts of each message sit as chips under the text: the client, the service, the date, the amount. Tap one to add or remove it. A part that won't fit is refused, never cut short.
